The Installation and Connection of Pipes

MC Nylon pipes will be categorized as three types including buried pipes, surface pipes and overhead pipes based on the using environment.

Buried Pipe: Its groove is usually the T-groove. And the depth of sand layer covering the top of pipe is no less than 0.7 m. With additional protective measures, the depth of sand layer can also be reduced.

Surface Pipe: Anti-oxidants are often added during the production of surface pipes to prevent pipe from aging in an accelerated way. Parts of pipes used to lay the surface should be fastened by mounts. All the factors including the aperture, depth of the pipes and the transmission media in the pipes should be taken into consideration to decide the distance between the mounts.

All the overhead pipes need mounts. The distance between the mounts can refer to that between the surface pipes and even are less than that.

MC Nylon pipe connections consist of Nylon body flange connection, steel flange connection, as well as clipped fastening connection, among which Nylon body flange connection is suitable for the environment with lower working stress while the other two for the environment with higher working stress.
