Detailed Product Description
Wan Fengtong pipes are widely used in the fields including Municipal Engineering, Electric Power, Mining Industry, Oil Drilling and Chemical Engineering, Chemical Industry, Dredging Up and Blowing and Filling.
Specifcations for water system
Polyethylene water pipe systems are manufactured from imported PE 80 and PE 100 materials. According to ISO4427 EN12201 and GB13663, these polymers being chosen for their exceptional welding compatibility, high resistance to environmental stress cracking and rapid crack propagation. The material exceeds the requirements of ISO and Chinese standards.
1. Long working life, minimum 50 years life under normal conditions.
2. Hygiene PE pipes are nontoxic, without the composition of heavy metal additives. No scale, not breeding germ, no second pollution to the potable water.
3. High resistance to attack from various types of chemicals. No electrochemical corrosion.
4. Smooth internal surface. Extremely low friction coefficient. Improved capability for media to pass through. Excellent abrasive resistance.
5. Good flexibility, high resistance to impact. Resistance to earthquake and twisting.
6. Light weight, easy to transport, convenient installation.
7. Unique electro fusion welding and butt welding make the joints stronger than the material, to guarantee a safe and reliable joint.
8. Simple welding technique, convenient installation. Total cost is low for the installation.

Specifcations for gas system
We research and develop a series of pipes and fittings corresponding to international standard, and reach the requirements of transporting gas.
The pipes and fittings are produced from imported Polyethylene. These polymers are chosen for exceptional welding compatibility, high resistance to environmental stress cracking and rapid crack propagation. The material exceeds the requirements of ISO.
Standard pipes production is black with yellow stripes. This enables ready identification of the pipe in the ground as gas pipe. Pipe can also be produced in yellow or black and in different material types according to customer requirements.
